A strand test must be performed before every treatment application. Do not use chemical smoothing treatments on hair that has been treated with certain chemical services (relaxers, permanent colour, bleach) within the timeframes specified in the product instructions.

Nero Hair accepts no liability for damage to hair or skin arising from incorrect application, failure to perform a strand test, or failure to follow the product instructions.
